• Pre-employment briefing of approved candidates on job offer and their acceptance.
• Processing of accreditation of the employer with POEA.
• Processing of deployment documents (OEC) with POEA, visa stamping.
• Weekly report via e-mail on status of workers processing prior to deployment.
• Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS).

• Provide job opportunities via ads, online registration, job fairs.
• Submit CVs of applicants to prospective employers abroad.
• Pre-qualification interviews, trade test (optional), security check of documents and references.
• Shortlist pre-qualified applicants for approval/final selection of employer.
• Pre-employment briefing and orientation on salary package, culture and traditions of host country.
• Schedule interview with the employer.
• Arrange medical referrals with POEA/DOH-accredited clinics for applicants accepted by employer.
• Follow up completion of required documents for deployment.
• Process documents of approved applicants with respective embassies, POEA and other government agencies concerned.
• Assist arrange bookings and flight confirmation to the country of destination with employer, worker, travel agency and airline office.
